Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
We do not accept returns on any items. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
2. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. You must provide clear photo evidence showing the damage. Once we verify the damage, we will process a full refund for the damaged item.
- Shipping Overcharges: If there was an error or overcharge in the shipping fees, we will issue a partial refund for the difference.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a damaged item or shipping overcharge, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@woisolutions.com with your order number.
- Provide clear photo evidence of any damage to the item (if applicable).
- We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds for shipping overcharges will also be processed through your original payment method.
