Shipping Policy
At WOI Solutions, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within the same or next business day.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. If you would like your order shipped a different way, reach out before placing your order.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order, as well as your shipping address.
- You will be able to view the total shipping cost before completing your purchase at checkout.
4. Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
- If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We can either:

Reship the order once the correct address is provided, with the customer covering the new shipping cost.

Issue a refund for the order amount, minus the original shipping charges.

5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) via email so you can track your shipment’s progress.
- Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available after shipment, but it should update within 24 hours.

- Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside of United States, please contact us for more information on international shipping availability and rates.

- While we make every effort to ensure timely processing and shipping, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, high order volume, or carrier delays).
